Pan Pacific Film Festival

The Pan Pacific Film Festival (PPFF) was launched in 2009 by Global Media & Information Technology (GMIT), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to using media for good. The festival is a non-profit film festival celebrating films that are both inspirational and entertaining. Held in Los Angeles, CA, the festival has roots in the Asian heritage of its founders and the city known as a melting pot where ideas from the East and West intersect.

Filmmakers from around the world were eligible to submit their films. After an extensive review process, the best films were nominated, screened, and awarded at the festival. The mission of PPFF extended beyond the festival itself, as these films continued to circulate globally, spreading messages of hope and inspiration to audiences worldwide.

PPFF held its final event in 2015, marking the 7th Pan Pacific Film Festival and concluding over a decade of celebrating impactful storytelling through film.
